Free energy saving event at Lumen Cafe, South Kings Cross

This seems like an interesting event run by Camden Council if you would like some help with your energy bills.  Apologies to anyone offended by me describing Tavistock Place as south Kings Cross.  Here’s a map to the venue.

>SAVE MONEY ON YOUR ENERGY BILLS! Come along to Green Camden’s free energy event for giveaways, tips and advice on how to save energy and reduce your household bills.

The drop in event is on Saturday 2 February 2013, 11am to 1pm at Lumen Cafe, 88 Tavistock Place, WC1H 9RT.

At the event you will be able to:
· see demonstrations on how to improve insulation in your home
· talk to our advisors about how you can reduce your energy consumption and save money
· check whether you can get a better deal from your energy company (please bring your recent gas/electricity bills)
· see if you’re eligible for free home energy visits
· find out how you and your neighbours could save money on energy

Attendees will also receive a ‘get started kit’ with a range of free energy efficiency measures.
