An end to the North South divide….

Compass_1 The observant wil notice a minor rebrand – dropping the ‘North’ from the title of the site.  After conversation with folk on the South or ‘bottom’ end of Kings Cross I am hoping to extend the reach of the site to cover the wider Kings Cross area from Pentonville Road up to Market Road, between the Caledonian Road and York Way.  To do this a second author will hopefully come on board in the next couple of days.

One Response to An end to the North South divide….

This “new” geography for the website is very welcome – and it’s pretty much the boundaries of Caledonian Ward so that’s helpful for Cllrs. I think Will’s original name “North Kings Cross” was a carry-forward from the bureacratic invention that monikered the North KX Neighbourhood Management Project – and this is soon going to morph into “Team Cally” as a neighbourhood specific effort to generate new pubklic engagement and better delivery of public services in our area. I am determined we will get a geography for this which better reflects the scale of much of the Caledonian Ward – and the area coverage of this website.
